You receive a small, carefully chosen selection — not a flood of listings. When something interests you, we introduce you directly to the seller or their agent and can help arrange viewings, in person or by video. You decide the pace at every step.

Common questions
Does the service really cost nothing?
Yes. The search is free for buyers and there is no obligation. If you buy a property, the seller or their agency pays the intermediation fee, as is standard in Spain.
Where do the properties come from?
We review our own portfolio, properties from collaborating local agencies, developers, private owners and off-market opportunities. Every suggestion is checked by a person before it reaches you.
Will I receive lots of irrelevant listings?
No. We only send opportunities that match the requirements you gave us. If nothing suitable exists right now, we tell you so.
Who will contact me, and how often?
You choose your preferred contact method and time. A member of our Mallorca team reviews your search personally — no automated mass mailings.
